In fact, I've tried disabling all her skills, but it still crashes. I also thought it might be the axe Song of the Marches, which is a rather new addition for her, but unequipping it didn't help either.
Googling around, I found a tip to disable Lunge & Slash, which she has, but that didn't help.
I've played The Descent for a while with Cassandra in the team and fast traveled back to Skyhold for a while, but now the game crashes (or, rather, freezes) when I try to either fast travel back to Deep Roads with her in the team or if I try to add her to the team when there.
